I did a Photo walk of Long Beach last month. I would so move to Long Beach. Its a sunny, cool, clean AWESOME city. I can't say enough about how much cool this city has. It's a true California City.....
By far my favorite image I captured. You should see this in High Quality full screen! I am diff. going to blow this up and hang it on my wall. I wanted the image to have an old rustic type feel to it because that is the old ship the Queen Mary.... it has smokestacks for goodness sake!! ;-)

This train is from Japan. I guess since Japan is so high tech they are always upgrading their trains and this one ended up in Long Beach. Inside is the original Logo written in Japanese etc.... I had no time to take the picture....
